PRODUCT HELP
Weile focuses on washing equipment for passenger cars, buses, trucks and construction transport vehicles. The right system depends on vehicle dimensions, body type, dirt conditions and the areas that need washing.
Start with your largest vehicle, the number of vehicles to wash during the busiest hour and the required wash areas. Site layout, available water and power, and wastewater handling then help determine the suitable configuration.
An open‑top truck wash should target the sides, wheels and underbody without spraying into the cargo body from above. The nozzle layout and wash program must be checked against the actual vehicle and load.
In a gantry wash, the wash unit moves around a stationary vehicle. In a drive‑through wash, the vehicle travels through the wash area. An enclosure describes splash containment; it does not define how the vehicle or wash equipment moves.
An enclosure helps contain spray, but wastewater control also needs suitable floor slopes, drainage and collection at the entrance and exit. Actual containment depends on the complete site design and operating conditions.
Wash water can be reused when a suitable treatment system is included. The design depends on the dirt and contaminants present and the water quality needed for washing. Fresh water, sludge removal and maintenance are still required.
The required space includes the wash area, vehicle approach and exit, turning clearance, maintenance access and water treatment facilities. Share a site plan and the largest vehicle dimensions so the layout can be assessed.
Water supply and electrical requirements depend on the selected model and configuration. Provide your available voltage, frequency, water source and drainage conditions so they can be checked against the equipment requirements.
Hourly capacity depends on the wash program, dirt level, vehicle dimensions and the time needed to enter and exit. Use a confirmed cycle time under stated conditions to plan capacity, rather than a general speed claim.
Vehicle clearance, wash zones, enclosure layout and utility connections can be reviewed for your project. Any changes must be checked for technical feasibility and included in the agreed equipment scope.
Extra frost‑protection packages are optional for self‑service stations operating under low‑temperature conditions.
We can evaluate retrofit possibility based on your existing bay size, utilities and machine condition.
