Vehicle envelope
Bus/rigid truck 6–12 m; long combinations 12–18 m reviewed individually.
Enclosed passage baseline
10–20 m long × 5.5–7.0 m wide × 5.5–6.5 m high; long vehicles may need ≥22 m.
Internal vehicle clearance
3.2–3.5 m wide; 4.5–4.8 m high, before any tighter module restriction.
Fixed spray zones
2–4 zones proposed; prewash, wash and rinse selected for the project.
Drive-through design speed
6–12 m/min; proposed vehicle separation 6–10 m.
Installed load
22–55 kW for selected spray modules; conveyor and dryers separately calculated.
Spray pressure and flow
30–80 bar; 100–250 L/min per active circuit; concurrent zones increase total flow.
Passage time and total water
1–3 min active passage; 200–750 L/vehicle planning allowance.
Collection and reuse
10–30 m³ initial tank allowance; 5–15 m³/h treatment sizing starting point.
Power supply options
380 V / 3-phase / 50 Hz baseline; 400–415 V or 60 Hz only with matched motors and controls.
Site planning conditions
5–40 °C assumed, frost-free; allow 800–1000 mm maintenance access.
Notice
A tunnel enclosure does not prove conveyor transport. Except for entry and exit openings, plan side and roof containment with drainage. Open-top heavy trucks use side and underbody washing only. Enclosure does not guarantee zero water escape or zero discharge.
Parameter status
Reference values only. Confirm the actual model, operating conditions and supply scope before ordering or publishing rated specifications.

Yes. We can assess customization based on vehicle dimensions, site layout, cleaning zones, water supply, and local electrical requirements. Enclosed layouts and water recycling options can also be reviewed. For open-top trucks, the wash configuration focuses on sides and underbody, without overhead spraying into the cargo body. Final specifications are confirmed after technical review.

Send us your vehicle details, site dimensions, destination country, and cleaning requirements. We then review the application and provide a proposed configuration and quotation.
