Car Wash Brushes Blowers and Dryers
PRODUCT PARAMETERS
Weile car wash brushes and blower drying equipment are selected as separate assemblies. Brush replacements must match dimensions, shaft connections and operating conditions. A car wash dryer needs a confirmed airflow path, electrical load and vehicle clearance.
Description
Fleet side brush Brush length 3.6–4.6 m; working diameter 0.7–1.0 m preliminary range.
Car side brush Brush length 2.0–2.4 m; working diameter 0.7–0.9 m proposed.
Brush motor and speed 1.1–2.2 kW per fleet brush; provisional 60–120 r/min, pending brush-drive verification.
Passenger-car drying power Total 15–22 kW; example 3–4 blowers each rated about 4–5.5 kW.
Dryer airflow 15,000–23,000 m³/h combined preliminary range at the matched operating point.
Outlet spacing 200–500 mm nominal design spacing; moving or adjustable outlets require a clearance study.
Drying time 60–120 s passenger-car drying program allowance.
Mechanical interface Brush shaft, bearing and mounting sizes copied from the installed assembly, not a generic range.
Power supply options 380 V / 3-phase / 50 Hz baseline; 400–415 V or 60 Hz only with matched motors and controls.
Site planning conditions 5–40 °C assumed, frost-free; allow 800–1000 mm maintenance access.
Notice Do not promise scratch-free brushing or a completely dry vehicle. Drying depends on vehicle shape, speed and weather. Blower drying is not compressed-air supply for tire inflation. Verify mechanical balance and guards after replacement.
Parameter status Reference values only. Confirm the actual model, operating conditions and supply scope before ordering or publishing rated specifications. vide customized requirements
