Car Wash Water Recycling Systems
PRODUCT PARAMETERS
Weile car wash spare parts selection matches replacement components to the installed machine. Water recycling selection addresses inlet quality and approved reuse stages. Use part identification for replacement enquiries and a water balance for reuse enquiries.
Description
Treatment capacities 3, 5, 8, 10 or 15 m³/h preliminary size classes; not approved product model ratings.
Buffer and settling 3–10 m³ for small sites; 15–30 m³ allowance for muddy fleet washes.
Pump/control load 3–8 m³/h physical treatment: 1.5–4 kW; 10–15 m³/h: 4–7.5 kW initial allowance.
Skid footprint About 1.0–2.5 × 0.8–1.5 × 1.5–2.2 m; civil tanks excluded.
Reuse-water pressure 2–4 bar preliminary delivery pressure; high-pressure wash pump is a separate circuit.
Filtration starting point 50–100 μm protective filtration proposed for ordinary reuse; final selection follows nozzle limits.
Reuse budget assumption 60–80% of total wash volume as an initial water-balance scenario, not a performance guarantee.
Makeup example 300 L wash × 70% reuse = 210 L reused + 90 L base freshwater, before backwash/losses.
Outlet-water acceptance No generic discharge limits stated; wash reuse criteria require water analysis and process confirmation.
Power supply options 380 V / 3-phase / 50 Hz baseline; 400–415 V or 60 Hz only with matched motors and controls.
Site planning conditions 5–40 °C assumed, frost-free; allow 800–1000 mm maintenance access.
Notice Water reuse is not zero discharge. Do not quote a fixed recovery rate or saving percentage without a measured water balance. Final-rinse water may need separate treatment. Outlet quality depends on inlet conditions, maintenance and the selected process.
Parameter status Reference values only. Confirm the actual model, operating conditions and supply scope before ordering or publishing rated specifications.

Yes. We can assess customization based on vehicle dimensions, site layout, cleaning zones, water supply, and local electrical requirements. Enclosed layouts and water recycling options can also be reviewed. For open-top trucks, the wash configuration focuses on sides and underbody, without overhead spraying into the cargo body. Final specifications are confirmed after technical review.
Send us your vehicle details, site dimensions, destination country, and cleaning requirements. We then review the application and provide a proposed configuration and quotation.
